Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the drive technology and industrial automation sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients, including manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, understanding their technical needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands and innovation trends.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development to close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to position products effectively.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and value propositions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline development to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation), Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, drive systems, or motion control.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a technical or industrial sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Experience managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
