Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in Bali's growing logistics market
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts in manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce sectors
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Create and implement scalable sales processes for the digital freight forwarding platform
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
  • Strong understanding of digital logistics platforms and technology-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Familiarity with Bali's business environment and logistics industry
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a startup environment
