Are you an experienced Sales leader with a deep analytical mindset? Funtomato Consultancy is seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to join our team in Johor. This role is a strategic bridge between high-level sales operations and supply chain excellence, focusing on end-to-end demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for our premier retail and wholesale partners.

As a Sales Manager at Funtomato Consultancy, you will not just manage accounts; you will drive business intelligence. You will leverage data-driven insights to align sales targets with supply capabilities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and maximum service delivery. We are looking for a visionary leader who can collaborate cross-functionally, drive revenue growth, and optimize demand planning processes to exceed ambitious organizational goals.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end demand forecasting processes, integrating historical data, market trends, and sales intelligence.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to align stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Analyze retail and wholesale sales performance to identify growth opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to refine inventory strategies and avoid stock imbalances.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team focused on accuracy in forecasting and market responsiveness.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on sales trends, forecast accuracy, and demand variances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales Management, Demand Planning, or S&OP roles.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI reporting tools.
  • Proven track record in managing complex client accounts within the retail or wholesale sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
