Responsibility
- Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation to identify potential customers for vehicles and spare parts.
- Deliver personalized product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and promotions to offer accurate information.
- Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure seamless post-sale support.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Represent Rutan at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, spare parts, and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced showroom setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office for sales tracking and reporting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned Bali locations.
