Your expertise in B2B sales, market analysis, and client negotiations will be instrumental in positioning our premium raw materials as the go-to choice for cosmetic manufacturers and distributors.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for cosmetic raw materials.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and key industry players in Bali and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, negotiations, and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging demands in cosmetic ingredients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, logistics) to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance to clients on raw material applications, pricing, and supply chain logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics, chemicals, or raw materials industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Deep understanding of cosmetic ingredient trends, formulations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
