Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the bank’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Provide personalized financial advisory services, including wealth management and investment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct financial reviews and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Represent the bank at networking events and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with wealth management products and financial advisory services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
