Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Represent PepsiCo at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
