Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sales effectiveness.
- Represent Transcom at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
