Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across corporate, leisure, and group markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including travel agencies, corporate accounts, and event planners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Represent Ibis at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
