Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in Baliās key markets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Represent China Unicom at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly in Baliās business landscape.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
