Join GST Fine Foods as a Sales Executive and drive revenue growth by promoting our premium food products to high-end hotels, resorts, and hospitals across Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand GST Fine Foods’ market presence in Bali’s hospitality and healthcare sectors.
- Identify, engage, and convert high-value clients, including hotels, resorts, and hospitals, through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to showcase the quality and benefits of our premium food offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships while maximizing profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market, including key players in hotels, resorts, and hospitals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Bali.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for food, sales, and customer service with a consultative approach to selling.
