Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
