Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and meet sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
