Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the modern trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiate contracts, promotions, and pricing strategies with key accounts to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
