Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants, retailers, and partners to adopt EPOS solutions, focusing on high-growth sectors such as hospitality, retail, and e-commerce.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in digital payments and FinTech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FinTech, payments, or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, POS systems, and financial technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
