We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Bali. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating sales processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between our sales team and customers. Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will enjoy a competitive salary package of RM 60,000 – RM 80,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the glass manufacturing or energy sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
