We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Bali. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating sales processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between our sales team and customers. Responsibility

  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
