Responsibility
- Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.
- Lead a team of fleet coordinators and drivers, providing training and performance feedback.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for fleet expansion or optimization.
- Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, budget adherence, and sales achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
