Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration for PepsiCo’s alcoholic beverage portfolio in Bali.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, bars, restaurants, and retail outlets across key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted sales campaigns, trade activations, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Represent PepsiCo at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian (Bali) market, including local business practices, regulations, and consumer preferences.
- Experience in distribution channel management and B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal). Additional local dialects are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
