Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
