Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Elabram’s HVAC market share in Bali, targeting commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and property managers to generate leads and close deals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design customized HVAC solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Elabram’s HVAC products and services.
  • Manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, business development, or operations management, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the HVAC or building services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
