Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the flexo printing market.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our flexo products and machines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is a plus.
