Responsibility
- Conduct daily visits to assigned dealer stores to monitor sales performance, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Provide product training and support to dealers to ensure they are well-informed about U Mobile’s offerings and promotions.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, visit logs, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, campaigns, and trade activations.
- Resolve dealer concerns and escalate issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales, distribution, or dealership management, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Kedah & Perlis).
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must; additional local dialects are a plus.
