Responsibility
- Manage the full order cycle, from initial client inquiries to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and transportation, to streamline logistics operations.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and client interactions using company systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, logistics efficiency, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
