Responsibility
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, demonstrate features, and drive online sales
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management duties
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and live sales events
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive shopping environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome)
- Basic experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok or Instagram Live
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and willingness to meet sales targets
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings for live hosting events
