In this role, you will balance indoor sales efforts with field visits, acting as the primary point of contact for restaurants, bars, and retail partners. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the Johor region.
- Conduct regular site visits to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our wine and liquor portfolio to provide expert recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability and brand standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Actively scout and acquire new business leads in the hospitality and retail sectors.
- Prepare sales reports and participate in team meetings to review market trends and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, beverage, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license and own transportation for field visits.
- Professional presentation and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy for sales tracking and reporting.
