Join Mandiri Andalan Utama as a Sales Executive for PayLater Solutions in Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Drive the adoption of Allo Bank’s PayLater solutions by identifying and engaging potential business and individual customers in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of PayLater products, ensuring clear understanding and trust.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions, campaigns, and partnerships to boost product visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the fintech and PayLater space.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or banking (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of digital payment solutions, e-commerce, or consumer finance is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training or events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
