Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients (couples, event planners, corporate clients) to generate leads and secure bookings for weddings and events.
- Conduct venue tours and presentations to showcase Asiana Grand Hall’s facilities, services, and unique selling points.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, events, or wedding industry (1-3 years).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently pitch to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
