Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes in Bali’s real estate and renovation sectors.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches tailored to the "Group Reno" initiative.
- Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and social media to nurture relationships and schedule consultations.
- Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company’s professional network.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for business development, networking, and building long-term client relationships.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3-6 months) in Bali.
