Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and property developers in Bali to promote our waterproofing solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our waterproofing products.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, ensuring they select the most suitable solutions for their projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or waterproofing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of waterproofing products, construction techniques, and industry standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
