As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with diverse customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to boost connectivity across Bali. Responsibility

  • Conduct direct sales of prepaid SIM cards and telecom products to individuals and businesses in assigned Bali regions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors to expand market reach.
  • Provide accurate product information, promotions, and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including performance metrics and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and boost product visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, FMCG, or retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and local business networks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
