Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
- Represent Penta-Chem Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on chemical products, regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Resident status (strict requirement).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the Indonesian market is a plus but not mandatory.
