Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Promote and sell clinic products, treatments, and membership packages by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits, usage, and results of skincare products, wellness supplements, and aesthetic services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of clinic offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation in retail and reception areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in wellness, beauty, or healthcare is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Passion for wellness, skincare, or aesthetic treatments, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate clinic operations.
