Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the retail and consumer products sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to offer expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
