Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail stores, distributors, and end consumers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Present and promote company products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or consumer products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is a plus.
