Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the consumer products sector.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and maximize market penetration.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or Business Development Executive in the retail or consumer products industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
