Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical and wellness industries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
