Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned sales accounts in Bali, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the consumer goods sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve client inquiries and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Represent Jebsen & Jessen at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali/Indonesian market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
