Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, cafes, retailers, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to showcase Espresso Italia’s premium coffee offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or the coffee/beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to Jakarta.
- Passion for coffee, retail, or the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
