Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement strategies.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns to enhance product appeal.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional events, product launches, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within fashion retail or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and improving store performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, POS systems, and loss prevention.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
