Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products.

- Previous experience in a high-traffic retail environment is a plus.
