Responsibility
- Support the end-to-end execution of the Butchery and Egg category strategy.
- Monitor category performance and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze spending data and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in forecasting demand and managing inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
