Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to enhance store appeal and drive sales.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute store goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, department stores, or supermarket management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales tracking, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
