Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and beauty consultations.
- Educate customers on the benefits of sustainable and ethical beauty products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking products.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and sustainability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products and skincare routines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in beauty or retail are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
