Responsibility
- Manage and oversee field collections to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiations to resolve outstanding payments.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Travel to various locations within Bali to meet with clients and conduct collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of high school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in field collections or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Bali.
