Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
