Youāll work closely with our hospitality team to provide seamless check-ins, assist with retail operations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the luxury and comfort of our properties. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our serviced suites, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Assist with daily retail operations, including inventory management, product displays, and sales support.
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail and reception area.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Assist in promoting special offers, loyalty programs, and upselling premium services or products.
- Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or retail are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Baliās tourism industry and local culture is a bonus.
