Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations across assigned storage facilities in Bali, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of on-site staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring staff alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, coordinating with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth through targeted promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, consumer products, or self-storage industries.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations relevant to storage facilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
