Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
