Responsibility
- Conduct regular maintenance audits of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of electrical distribution devices and systems.
- Perform monthly site inspections and visits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Supervising Engineer to ensure all electrical installations and repairs meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Ensure all electrical work is conducted in accordance with local and national safety regulations.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and troubleshoot electrical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman BO (B2 or higher) with valid certification from relevant authorities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, distribution networks, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various AEON locations in Bali as needed.
