Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Lead by example in product knowledge, assisting customers with inquiries and recommendations.
- Support store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold Watsons’ service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Leadership skills with experience in training or supervising teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
